This pub has diminished in size due to the addition of the Wight Knuckle craft brewery but you can still get a decent hot lunchtime or evening meal or enjoy a coffee and cake. The pub has five recently refurbished bed and breakfast rooms, with en suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and hair-dryers. The 4-5 craft ales are recommended by local CAMRA members travelling from Ryde. Beers available include Pale Ale 4%, IPA 4.3% Extra Strong Pale Ale 6.2%, Special Ale and an Oat Stout 2.3% as well as seasonal specials. All are served from KeyKegs which can be seen below the tap wall. Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm with 25% off drinks.
