Busy, Compact, street corner local that still manages to carry a range of changing ales, despite the restrictive list of the owning pubco. The pub is split into two drinking areas - a bar and a lounge both served from a central bar. It is a handy watering hole for visitors to the nearby Hexham Abbey. Outside drinking area in back yard.
