Nestling in the corner of a three-sided square of former fishermen's cottages around a green only a few yards from the beach and close to a nature reserve. This small pub's location is very picturesque and often busy with beer drinkers, seeking the real ales from the in house microbrewery, walkers and diners; the excellent menu uses fresh local ingredients. Even the short walk from the public car park at the top of the hill; there is no customer parking, offers fine sea views. Note: Opening times may vary in winter so phone ahead if travelling any distance.
