Tasting Notes Byatt's - Desert Yetis Pale Ale
Golden ale with biscuit aroma leading on to a sweet fruit. Good hit of sulphur on the aroma which continues with bitterness on the palate and fades after. Astringent but hints of fruit and cereal balance it well fruity taste with a bitter aftertaste. Subtle citrus and notes of spice and vanilla on the nose. Hint of rose on the palate. Bitterness progresses whilst sweetness yields in the aftertaste.
