A smooth gold pale/blond ale. An enticing aroma mixing hops with elderflower, apple notes and some sweetness. Hops lead the taste with bitterness and sweetness but minimal malt and a pleasant sharpness. More tropical than citrus fruits are present leading to a bittersweet, dry finish.
