After focusing on malts in our first beer, Carpathia, for the second part of our Thornbridge collaboration with Titanic Brewery, we wanted to brew a beer that celebrates the role of hops. There was only one choice when it came to the style - a full-strength India Pale Ale using a blend of Galaxy and Simcoe hops. Brewed in Bakewell with the awesome team at Thornbridge Brewery,
