Description

Owner/brewer George Greenaway brought brewing back to Tamworth town centre after a gap of 70 years. Brewing started in 2017 in a former shop, which dates back to Tudor times and also serves as a tap. In 2020 brewing moved into the adjacent building, which records indicate was a brewhouse in the 1750s. The move allowed production on its five-barrel plant to double, and included the provision of an off-licence. Local outlets and festivals are supplied
