Description

Richard Dolphin and Paul Belton established Burwell Brewery in 2019 in a purpose-built timber brewery at the bottom of Richard’s garden. The plant, recently upgraded to 2.5-barrels, together with four conditioning tanks and produces beer in cask, bottle and bag-in-box.
