Description

Dr James Davies, a keen traditional brewer and chemist, started brewing in 2012. A 12-barrel plant is used. Beers can be found in shops and pubs across the UK, Sweden and China. Alechemy is now part of the Consolidated Craft Breweries group, which opened its first bar in 2019, the Froth & Flame in Edinburgh. Brewing may be undertaken for other breweries in the group.
