Description

The brewery opened in 2015 by Roy Allkin and Sarah John, using a 10-barrel plant. It relocated in 2017 to larger premises opposite the Liberty Stadium which now includes an onsite taproom that can be booked in advance. It went into administration late 2022 and was quicky rescued by a local businessman. A few beers were later produced under the Copperopolis name but it is not known whether the Boss identity will continue. There is a connection with the now ceased Wild Weather brewery.
