Description

The brewery was launched in 1998 by microbiologist and chemist Dr Paul Briscoe, in the cellar of his house, with a one-barrel brew length. He is produces several beers on an irregular basis to meet demand. The beers are available in local Otley pubs. Brewing is currently suspended.
