Bun Dubh

Description

Duncan Castling began brewing on his picobrewery in 2016, then catering solely for his restaurant, Ceabhar. The brewery expanded into the adjoining former guesthouse during 2020 and 2021. With Tiree known as 'the Sunshine Isle', the installation of a solar thermal hot water tank allows for more energy conscious brewing. In 2024 the brewery began catering for outside events across the island. With an enviropunk ethos, all production goes into reusable containers, no bottles or cans, and availability, though wider, remains exclusive to the island.

Currently, we don’t have information on beers produced by this brewery. But don't worry! Our amazing volunteers work tirelessly to gather and update our database. You too can join the effort and help the CAMRA community grow stronger. Your contributions could help beer enthusiasts find their next favourite brew. Remember to check back soon as our dedicated volunteers are always updating things! Become a CAMRA Member
