Description

Brewing commenced on the current site in 2005 and has expanded to a capacity of approx. 15 barrels per brew. Regular beers are brewed alongside seasonal/occasional brews, and various themed specials. An onsite well supplies water and malt is sourced from East Anglia. All liquid waste is treated in a reed bed. The brewery is located on a conservation farm, and a wide variety of bird life is visible from the brewhouse. The brewery is open to the public one day a month.
