Description

Established in 2006 in the heart of the Mendips, Cheddar Ales has expanded capacity to enable it to brew up to 100 barrels a week. Production is split approximately 75% cask-conditioned ale, 25% bottle-conditioned. Its bottling plant produces around 120,000 bottles annually and all bottled ales are gluten-free. Around 450 outlets are supplied including pubs, clubs and the off trade. A visitor centre and brewery tap opened in 2020.
