Chiltern

Description

Founded in 1980 and located on a working farm, Chiltern was one of the first microbreweries in the country, and was expanded in 2023. Family-run, its emphasis has always been on producing natural, wholesome beers using the best British malt and hops (some grown in Buckinghamshire). Now run by the second generation, George and Tom, it supplies around 100 outlets including its tap, the King’s Head, Aylesbury. Some bottled beers are suitable for vegans, and some are gluten-free.
