Description

Brewing and baking commenced in 2016 inside a container on Folkestone Harbour Arm. A 10-barrel commercial plant is used, situated a stone's throw from Hop Fuzz Brewery (qv) and the Unit 1 pub. Its brewery tap is the Goods Shed, Canterbury. Docker's ethos is enviro-forward with local hops used for brewing. All ales are live, unfiltered and vegan. Cans are sold at retail outlets and online, kegs at pubs nationally.
