Description

A 2.5-barrel brewery in an outbuilding of the owner's private house. The main output goes into bottles but as pub trade picks up, there will be greater concentration on the range of cask beers. All beers are suitable for vegans, being unfined and unfiltered. The brewery runs stalls at local markets for bottled beer sales. Distribution is to local areas as wholesalers are not used.
