Description

The founders of Muswell Hillbilly, originally homebrewers, acquired Mews premises in 2017. Brewing is in small batches, incorporating locally-grown hops, with beers named after the local area. After the successful launch of a taproom in 2018, it took possession of a nearby unit in 2020, using a 500-litre brew kit. A recently acquired fermenter has increased cask ale output.
