Description

Award-winning Poole Hill Brewery was created by Jennifer Tingay, head brewer, CEO and creator of Southbourne Ales and Tingay's craft beer. Originally a cuckoo brewery, the 20-barrel brewery and taproom was created in a Victorian ironmongers and latterly a disused car showroom after attracting £280K from crowdfunding. The Southbourne Ales brand comprises traditional beer styles from light ale to oatmeal stout. The Tingay's brand features styles from APA, to floral to smoked to Doppelboch, and punchy low alcohol brews.
