Description

Founded in 1851, St Austell brewery remains fully independent and family-owned. Cask ale is available in all its pubs, and is widely available nationally. St Austell also brews limited edition cask beers throughout the year as well as a range of keg and bottled beers. A ten-barrel, small-batch plant is used to brew regular beers for its Cask Club (available in 40 selected outlets, and at its Hicks Bar), and to make a range of experimental bottle beers. In 2016 it purchased Bath Ales (qv).
