Vaux

Unit 2 Monk Street , Sunderland, SR6 0DB (View on Google Map) 01915805770 info@vaux.beer Website

Description

Opened in 2020, Vaux is a five-barrel microbrewery resurrecting the old Vaux Brewery name. Vaux was a major regional brewer, which closed in 1999. Its taproom is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The brewery is moving and doubling its capacity, but the taproom will stay where it is. During the currency of this Guide it plans to welcome the return of 1899, which is an old Vaux recipe for a 7% ABV bottle-conditioned stout.
