Description

Why Not began brewing in 2005 on a 1.5-barrel plant originally located to the rear of the house of proprietor Colin Emms. In 2006 the brewery was extensively upgraded, doubling in capacity. In 2011 the brewery was moved to a new location and then again in 2022.
