This 400-year-old Grade II Listed Farriers Arms is a community owned pub that was brought back to life by the villagers in 2009.
This beautiful village inn, complete with oak beams and open fireplaces, serves beers from the on-site brewery 5-barrel microbrewery.
The Anvil restaurant offers both classic and creative dishes prepared from local produce and specialist function evening dinners, together with a varied wine list
In late May, the pub holds an annual beer festival and many other events throughout the year including murder mysteries events.
Every third Sunday the pub hosts a classic car rally and in November a fireworks spectacular in the adjacent meadow.
