Since the takeover of this 16th century pub by the people running the Royal Standard of England there has been a major refurbishment. The layout of the tables is geared to dining and the bar billiards table has gone. This pub is a stunning example of an old English pub with settles and church pew styles seating. Exposed wooden beams, bricks and wood panelling add to this effect. Overlooks the village green and pond.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 2 regular beers.
