Reputedly the oldest in the town, this small thatched pub with strong Burns’ connections is now the only one left on Ayr’s High Street. An inglenook (with gas fire) dominates the main seating area. Food is served in the restaurant until 5pm (7pm in summer), where children are welcome, or can be brought through to the bar area. Open Mic Night on Friday and occasional live music. A new beer garden, with its own bar has opened in the adjacent lane.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 0 regular beers.
