Refurbished and re-opened in 2013, this pub was formerly known as the Old Library. It comprises a large open-plan drinking area with a basement lounge/games room and an upper mezzanine area to the rear. The basement lounge can be sectioned off to form a function room. It tends to be lively on a night-time especially at weekends. Various sports are shown on the numerous TV screens and large projector screen and the pub is especially popular for watching football matches. As well as the three real ales, there are numerous keg products offered and a variety of gins and other spirits.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
