Mainly a cocktail bar
First licensed in 1838 as the Milford Arms and renamed in 1887. Rebuilt by William Younger in 1959 and was formerly the Edinburgh Tavern until renamed Temple Bar in 2004.
Following a "trojan horse" planning application and a period of closure, the site reopened in June 2017 as part of the Simmons cocktail bar chain. No cask ale but some other draught beers on offer.
