Built in 1638 this family friendly village pub has a tranquil yet lively atmosphere. Ideally situated close to Minehead and within easy reach of Taunton the village of Carhampton is an ideal place for exploring Exmoor national park, the Quantock hills and Blue Anchor bay. The recognisable inn sign was constructed in aluminium and other non ferrous materials by the internationally renowned sculptor and artist, Rachel Reckitt. There is an extensive children's adventure play area. The two ales may sometimes be rotated and will be from Somerset and Devon breweries.
