Estate pub which did have a relatively unspoilt Post-War maple-panelled interior reminiscent of 1950s railway carriages, and was featured in Yorkshire's Real Heritage Pubs up to 2011 edition. After a period of closure it reopened in early summer 2015 smartly refurbished, but many of the original interior features are no longer extant
