This Wetherspoon outlet differs from the majority of their venues in that it provides genuinely separate drinking areas in plush, modern surroundings; there is even a pleasant beer patio to the rear where views of the renowned St Giles church (Pugins gem). CAMRA is well-represented, with a supply of old Good Beer Guides on the shelves, and the three guest ales will often be sourced from local breweries. Food served every day up to 11pm; a welcome addition to the real ale scene in this attractive Moorlands town.
