Dating from 1840 this pub was originally called the Queens and changed to the Bridge (it lies next to the Railway Bridge) in the 1970s. The Bridge lies at the bottom of Corve St, about a 10 minute walk downhill from the town centre.
Two bars, both with large TVs showing sport. There is a pool table and dartboard in the public bar. This is much more a community pub rather than one for tourists, although all are welcome, and the atmosphere is friendly. The decor is a little faded. Food is not served.
