A traditional style multi roomed pub with large beer offering, reopened in 2015 following a sympathetic refurbishment. The changing beer range is sourced mainly from local and regional micro breweries, with six cask beers and up to 11 craft keg beers. There is also a quality spirits offering. Food is available every lunchtime, and evenings (except Sunday), and is mainly a blackboard menu of tapas style dishes supplemented with a roast on Sundays. The large beer garden has a heated, covered area.
