The historic Queen's Hotel was built in 1855. It is three storeys, red brick with stone details and a slate roof. It is located on a prominent site overlooking the Queen's Parade. Opposite the Hotel on the roundabout is a bowl barrow known as Cockadobby Hill.
It is now a Holiday Inn, that includes a bar open to the public.
