This pub re-opened in August 2024 under new management following a significant refurbishment.
The new landlords have turned the pub into a family, dog friendly, community pub with lots of plans for future developments. In the short time it has been open locals have started to return and a local art club meets there on Thursday evening. The pub has also formed a darts team.
The landlady, Claire, is keen on live music and wants to host other events.
Currently there is no food served as the kitchen is not ready yet.
The pub is inclusive. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet. There are steps inside the pub to some areas but portable ramps are available so wheelchair users have full access.
