A genuine free house with a smart multi-room layout and fine views over the surrounding countryside. The building dates from 1788 and has log-burning stoves in the bar and Brasserie, as well as a separate restaurant, function rooms and guest accommodation. Well regarded food is served in the pub and Brasserie from an award-winning kitchen. A number of events are run throughout the year, including themed dinners and wine tastings.
