Sport-oriented Irish pub, doesn't seem to get busy. A converted off-licence which opened in 1981. It had its heyday in the mid-1980s as a Wetherspoon pub, before the Drum opened over the road, and in the early 1990s as a Tap & Spile. Despite what is says on the pub website, no handpumps could be found on Sept 2019 visit.
