The pub is in a 19th Century former Thameside tea warehouse only becoming a pub in the early 1970s.
Entry is via a spiral staircase to the loft-style bar and restaurant which includes wooden floorboards, full height windows and exposed brickwork and spectacular river views.
Fresh stone-baked pizzas are the speciality, along with pub classics and burgers.
Taken over by Shepherd Neame reopened in July 2018.
