Built in 1931, the Blacksmiths is a single, large roomed pub with an attractive exterior on the west side of town. Parking is close by in Bedford Square. There is a private function room at the rear. It has been reopened recently with a much needed sprucing up.
New signs emphasise 'Cocktails and Craft beers', but Real Ale has finally made a very welcome return.
