Charming 19th-century thatched property with two established Tudor bars, restaurants, decked gardens and the Chine walk, plus car parking front and rear. Up to three guest beers are offered, chosen for their originality. The evening menu is only served in the summer months May-September - the long-established Henry Vlll kitchen specialises in steaks to die for. Function facilities and entertainment are also provided.
An August 2024 report said that accommodation is no longer available.
