White-painted building at the bottom of Butcher Hill at the junction with Low Lane and Hawksworth Road, which has been a pub since 1868. The L-shaped bar serves a traditionally furnished single room which has many black and white photos of the Leeds area. A raised area to the right has a pool table and dartboard. Regular winner of awards for the flower displays on the outside of the building. Card payment only.
