A multi roomed village pub, with a friendly public bar to the left as you enter, and a lounge to the right. Behind, and linking the two, is a barrel vaulted, windowless sitting room named 'Cricket Cave' that apparently used to be the cellar. Beyond the lounge to the right is a large dining area. All the rooms are fairly similar in furnishing and decoration, white woodchip papered walls, with tiled floor in the public bar, boarded in the lounge and carpeted in the restaurant. Two handpumps in the public bar and three in the lounge serve three cask ales.
