Pleasant one roomed Weardale freehouse at the entrance to the village. Reopened 2014 and acquired from Marstons. Open fire and beamed ceilings, serving cask ales and quality homemade food from locally sourced produce. Lunchtime opening during the week is summer only so best to check in advance. Ensuite accommodation available.
