Set in a village mentioned in the Doomsday book, a delightful 16th Century former coaching inn on the edge of Exmoor that still boasts open log fires, inglenooks and beamed ceilings attracting locals and visitors alike. The pub comprises several small rooms, including a separate restuarant, that are all full of displays connected to field sports. There is a beer garden to the front and the pub is very dog friendly. B&B is available but no credit or debit cards are accepted and there is no phone signal or WIFI. MON lunch - open for BH only.
