CAMRA accredited for serving consistently well-kept real ales.
The single bar in this cosy traditional pub, with seating on one side and pool table on the other, caters well for the strong local following. There is a large collection of bottles and jugs around the walls, and the bar is adorned with many pump clips of previous guest ales. Of the four ales there is always one from Rebellion, as well as other local breweries. In summer there is always a real cider and a choice of fruit ciders. There are a couple of sports TVs, and there is occasional live music. The nearby public car park is free.
