This is a village local with a traditional two bar layout, with a pool table in another room. There is a separate restaurant which doubles as a function room. The pub dates back at least two hundred years. There is a real fire and a nice garden with covered patio. The pub hosts pool and darts teams. With some live music on Saturday evenings. In the main bar there is a non overbearing TV mainly used for sporting events.
