A popular local haunt for good value food & beer.
Historic Interest
A Victorian brewery was based here. The pub was built in 1844 for Lord Bunbury, who wanted to keep his workers where he could keep an eye on them rather than them going into Bury for a drink. Photographs of this pub and more historical information about it can be found at suffolk.camra.org.uk/pub/333
