Grade II listed former hotel, mostly built in 1835 with a later addition at the front. Three separate rooms some with stone floors and one with a prominent carved stone fireplace enclosing a wood burning stove. It is a friendly locals town pub which supports pool and skittles teams. The guest ales can be local or national with the landlord having access to Greene King one off and seasonal brews.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 3 regular beers.
