This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
Stands on the site of a tannery dating back to the 1700s. In 1919 it was known as the Comrades Club as it was formed by ex-servicemen after the first World War. Furnished bar, lounge and Skittle alley area. Also function room for hire.
Historic Interest
Parts of building date back 300 years. Originally a tannery.
