A former bookmakers', now a much valued part of Seaham's licensed trade. The pub was refurbished in 2018 using 100-year-old timbers salvaged from the town's demolished Co-op building. The decor celebrates the area's coal-mining heritage, notably one wall's impressive mural depicting Seaham pits. Four changing cask beers are offered along with five keg taps.
