Formerly a coaching inn dating from the 15th century, the Crown & Cushion is now a 40 bedroom hotel.
It was once owned by Keith Moon of The Who.
There is one bar with tables for bar meals and a separate restaurant, known for its legendary Sunday carvery and Saturday grill nights.
TV in the bar for major sporting events only.
To the rear, a courtyard garden leads to the car park and heated indoor swimming pool, gym and squash court (enquire at reception).
